The San Diego Botanic Gardens can transport you to ANY location by walking around their grounds! From desert, to bamboo walls on either side, to palm trees, to waterfalls – you can find SOMETHING that fits your vibe at this location!
But my favorite part about this day, even though the location was quite incredible, was watching Matt & McKennah interact with each other and with their guests on their special day. Matt and McKennah are very unique humans that you want to be friends with. They are kind, approachable, funny, and down to earth. They treat others with so much love and respect that I felt like I had known them for years during their wedding day!
And the fact that they chose to have fresh pizza made from a oven-turned-truck is a sign that they are pretty much the best as well. But truly, one of my favorite parts of wedding days are the toasts. Now, don’t get me wrong, a toast can go south VERY quickly, but the people who spoke at Matt & McKennah’s wedding were full of love for the couple and you could hear the amount of support and memories that went into each speech.
Matt & McKennah’s wedding was one of those days where you left with a smile on your face and a heart full of joy. I am so thankful I got to meet them and capture such an incredible day for them and their families!
