Remember that proposal I posted about earlier? Fun fact, this proposal was 2 days later! I met Luc and Leah last year at a mutual friend’s bonfire that they were putting on. We realized at that bonfire that we were going to the same business workshop in a few months and she was sweet enough to let me room with her in her Airbnb for the trip. From that point on I have asked her to second shoot countless weddings for me and I am so excited about all the future opportunities we’ll have to work together. She is an extremely talented photographer (check out her work here) and I am so excited for her and Luc!
Luc told me that they were going to arrive around 10am at Balboa Park, he said once I saw them walk by I was to follow and he was going to read a letter. If you’re familiar with the back fountain area at the El Prado Restaurant, you know that there is a small spiral staircase that leads down to the fountain. I thought for sure that Leah was going to see me right away, but it wasn’t until I walked slightly down the left staircase that she saw me and immediately knew what was going on. Luc was a good sport and of course she said yes!!
