Billy & Susan were so much fun to work with! They were down to brave the cold and throw snow at each other, they were down to climb under some barbed wire (I mean what, no we didn’t – we are law abiding citizens ;P) AND they bought me mexican food after.. so basically we’re best friends hahaha
Can we just talk about the sweater that they brought though? I only got to know them a little bit during our session but I can 100% say that those images with the sweater completely and totally represent them and their relationship. And I think it’s the greatest thing ever!
I also love when my couples are down for anything. You’ll see below that we found a shovel while shooting and I said, “Omg. That pitchfork couple photo. We are re-creating that.” Guess what they said? “OMG YES!”
I love doing things during shoots just for memories and fun. I want engagement sessions to feel like we’re hanging out while simultaneously taking some photos every now and then. I don’t want it to feel like a stuffy check mark off a to-do list. I want it to feel like an amazing day where you were able to dress up, feel beautiful, and hang out with your best friend (and me – hi ✌)
